Are people listening or simply not hearing, your intuition & learnings drive results to help others, lead them your way!
Should you move on, or debate the right steps head on?
If you are the expert advisor/consultant take it head on, never allow people to direct your intuition when your experience tells you otherwise. Reflect back on ‘your key foundation learnings’, where you know great results have been created, or lasting relationships have been built. Remain mindful they employed you to advise them, so always lead the way.
If you want to get things done, speak up, use your persuasion, and/or debate the rights and wrongs. Some people need to be told how, let’s face it, and most will respect you for doing so.
As for the rest, let them go and save your precious energy, reflect on how some of the greatest people have done it, God bless SJ.
